This is an amazing place to stay in Providence! Walk everywhere!

This is a lovely small apartment in a quiet, though convenient residential neighborhood. It is in an old house that has been renovated with high ceilings and charm. It is well taken care of and has a beautiful yard with seating and a grill! George and Lisa are very helpful, good communication. Everything we needed was available. We are really looking forward to returning soon!

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Lisa was a wonderful communicator and very accommodating. George helped us check in when we had a bit of a key mix-up. We were thrilled to be able to bring our little dog with us. The unit is just as charming as the pictures on the website, and the neighborhood is absolutely lovely. We were visiting Brown, which is (in good weather) within walking distance, about a mile away. There is a bus stop across the street, and local shops and restaurants within steps of the building. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and within easy reach of all Providence has to offer. We couldn't be happier with the flat or the location — we hope to return when we are back in Providence (a couple of times a year).

This is an awesome place to stay in PVD. Right in the heart of the Eastside. Perfect location and extremely comfortable. Has everything you need from a washer and dryer to great kitchen and room for entertaining. They even have an outdoor area to grill! Perfect in every way.

This apartment is lovely, and in the perfect part of town. It's beautiful, clean and stocked with all the essentials you will need for an extended visit. I loved being able to walk to the wee shoppes and cafes.

This was a lovely apartment and perfect for moving our daughter into Brown. We were within easy walking distance and we loved the house and the neighborhood. They didn't miss a detail in making our stay comfortable. We will definitely be doing this again!

George's place on college hill was perfect for my 10 year reunion at Brown. The house is located on a beautiful street about a 10 minute walk from Thayer and the main Brown Campus. There is a Starbucks, a CVS and a bank right next to the house, along with several very nice restaurants. The place itself is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Communication with the lady that manages the property . I felt welcome from the moment I booked. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. George and Lisa were very responsive to emails or texts, and always patient and helpful. It was easy to access the apartment when we arrived (even late at night, via a key code), and the apartment was tastefully furnished and well equipped. There is a little backyard with a table and a grill. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Starbucks across the street, a good restaurant next door a craft coffee shop a few meters away, as well as Thai, Irish, American, Mexican and Japanese restaurants in walking distance, as well as two bookstores, a drugstore, a liquor store, several clothing stores and a Whole Foods supermarket about two blocks away.

Great Place!

The Tuscan Suite was all it was advertised to be - Clean, attractive, and well-appointed. The neighborhood is a short walk from Brown University, and a Whole Foods. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. George's assistant was readily available to provide assistance and responded to emails and calls promptly. We will happily stay here again.
